Spoke with an intern on the team who passed me along to another intern whos been with the firm for a while. He explained that he'd ask me some questions to determine if I was a fit before pushing me to the associate. Mainly got behavioral questions but everything on my resume was grilled. Also got pushed on crypto/cyber knowledge. It's super important to read some research into the space and have some areas that you can speak about eloquently. I didn't get any standard technical questions but I did get more behavioral/industry questions.
Interview Questions
Asked me to explain how Proof of Stake worked compared to Proof of Work. I did mention my interest in it before he asked
