What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Group case study, which involves a 10 minutes reading the case by oneself, 40 minutes group discussion and 10 minutes presentation to the consultants. The case was probably a case that OC&C worked on. It was little time for a lot of data and information. Also the other candidates are just like myself, from top schools in UK with quantitative degrees and keen on consulting. It's hard to find a balance to distinguish yourself while not to be aggressive.
