Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round is a 20 min screening call with two juniors where they cover motivation and basic technicals. Second round is a two 30 min group interviews, where they test deep technicals as well as ask you to present your case study done on the recent M&A transaction. Third and final round includes calls with all partners from the office individually, where they primarily focus on cultural fit, technical knowledge and also your motivation to join the firm.
