I applied through my university. Unusually, I was not even given a phone interview, but invited and flown to New York where I interviewed with two groups of two senior investment managers, then a one on one with a senior investment manager and finally a one on one with the offices co-head. The following week I had a phone call with the other co-head of the office, and was informed of their intention to offer me a spot on that call.
