- Remote interview scheduled two days after submitting my application through the company website.
- Three rounds of 10–20 minutes each, with two interviewers per round, ranging from Associate to VP level.
- Strong focus on fit, technical questions related to my résumé, and detailed discussions of my professional experience.
- Several questions testing my market knowledge and understanding of current trends.
- Advanced technical questions covering different asset classes.
I did not find the interview particularly difficult, but I could have been better prepared if I had known they would ask for such detailed explanations on every technical point.

I had 3 interviews total each with 2 employees per interview but I believe there is at least one more interview before the offer stage. You will talk to the majority or all of the people in the office since it's relatively small during the interview process. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral, technicals were very focused on industry knowledge as well.

Interview
The process consisted of three interviews with the general & administrative staff, an associate of the department applied to, and the head of the branch, respectively. In the first one, they held a casual talk in which they asked about my educational background based on the submitted CV through online chat. In the second one, they demanded to meet in person where they inquired about my degree and speciality more in detail and conducted some tests to evaluate my knowledge in translation between English and the local language as well as in finance (a task-based simulation involving Internal Rate of Return, in my case). The third one was the final round for the head of the office to determine my enthusiasm and personality, thus more relaxed and less technical than the prior one.
Interview Questions
They imposed a task-based simulation question in which information for a series of cash flows and their respective dates for me to calculate the Internal Rate of Return by excel.
