Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First I had to do a pitch a company describing, the clients, the competitors, the market, past m&a transactions of the industry and a description of the company financials. Then if you pass the pitch you are admitted to a phone interview where you are asked to talk about the pitch and about general IB/M&A questions.
