Interview
1 on 1 interviews with a couple Associates and a couple VPs, all separate. Mostly behavioral with a few technicals thrown in.
Interview Questions
The interview was very laid back, however they really dug in about fit and wanted to see if I would be a great fit culturally. They left a lot of the questions open ended, so if I was willing to run with them I could sell myself hard for the position and as a result put myself head and heels over other candidates. The VPs really wanted to get to know you, and did not get in to technicals at all. They left a lot of time for questions and were very to hear that I had well thought out ones prepped to ask.
