nothing was very hard, the behavioral was a little tricky..
- asked me to describe my weaknesses then later asked me to described a time i failed. The failure scenario i gave was not one of my weakness and they cornered me and said why did you not choose this as your weakness
- it seemed like they were leading me to areas where i had not prepped and then tripped me up. once they figured out i was in unprepared land and i was giving answers as best as i could they felt ok
- the technicals were pretty easy, textbook stuff

Interview
This was the first time they were going to hire a formal intern. I contacted them via email, and had two phone interviews before being called down in person. I interviewed with several of one of the partners, a VP, and two associates in three separate interviews. The culture seemed very laid back and collaborative.
Interview Questions
The interview was very straightforward and there was nothing really unexpected. Overall the interview process was not overly difficult.
