The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
It was a speculative application as I was cold calling many AM firms in London and they got back in touch to let me know they had a position in Investment Compliance and after reading my CV they said they would be happy to take me.
I then receieved another phone call 1-2 weeks later saying they would like me to come in for a meeting/interview.
The interview was very informal and quite comfortable, they had analysed my CV and were just basically checking me against that to make sure I wasn't lying. They asked the basic fit questions.
Interview Questions
What are you trying to gain from this experience in Investment Compliance?

Although it sounds quite simple, it is quite a difficult thing to answer when Investment Compliance is not the actual career move you want to make.
I was also asked a few technical questions about Excel and having not used Excel in a year or 2, that was quite difficult.
