Interview Questions
The most difficult or unexpected interview questions were definitely questions about REITS, specific questions about how to put things together in PowerPoint, and a lot of questions on Excel. The two initial phone interviews were manageable, the first phone interview gave the choice of picking from integrity, unity, honesty, and respect and you had to pick one and talk about how you embody that characteristic. The second was typical behavioral questions. The onsite interview was with one of the senior members and consisted of the aforementioned questions.
