Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online and received an email for a phone interview, they asked basic behavioral questions. Second interview was with a VP and this is where I was asked more technical things about funding, interest rates, FI, and forecasting. Third interview was with the VP, Assistant Treasurer, and Corporate treasurer. They asked a series of questions about what is going on in the markets at the time, a few brain teasers to see what my thought process was like. Got the offer!
