Interview
I received a phone call from the team head to schedule an interview in two-weeks. During the interview, I was asked about my research experience and was asked to talk through what the drug development process entailed from pre-clinical studies to the NDA. It felt very casual, especially since I knew all the answers, and I received the offer a couple of weeks after the interview.

Interview Questions
The group interview was a 2 on 1, with an associate and a recruiter. All of the questions either revolved behavioral aspects or prior work experience, which were relatively easy to answer.

1. Describe in detail a time where you encountered a difficult ethical dilemma in a work environment and how you handled the situation.

Overall, it was evident that the interviewers were highly interested in determining which candidates would be an excellent fit from an interpersonal standpoint, provided that they had prior experience in healthcare finance, particularly financial modeling and data analytics applied in a healthcare industry.
