1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I had met about 6 people from the Dubai office between presentations, coffee chats and networking events. Most of them seemed nice and approachable. I had two interviews - one hour each. One of the interviewer was good cop and the other was bad cop. But the bad cop was really bad - he had mentioned that within the first 10 mins of the interview he knows if you are a consultant material or not. Though, occasionally candidates do surprise him.
