1 on 1 Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
3 rounds:
1st - Case interview with a Principal, really doable excel, put on some graphs, and had to present it to him.
2nd - 1-1 interview with the Partner, this time funnily at a cafe right outside their client's office. More personality/fit questions.
3rd - Got the callback almost immediately, went back to the same cafe to have another case interview with another Principal. Paper case etc.
Got the offer fairly quickly.
