Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I started with fairly extensive networking at all levels of the company from a former CEO to a summer associate. After several positive conversations, I was offered an interview.
They were extremely organized and helpful leading up to the interview telling me exactly what to expect. First round was relatively simple: 2 one on one interviews, 15 minutes of chatting and behavioral questions and about 30 minutes of a case. The cases were very informal, basically the interviewers talking through a current project.
Then the second round was so fun and different. It included a longer written case that you were given an hour to read and then draw out powerpoint slides on large paper and then asked to give a presentation. There was also an email exercise to evaluate your written communication. And then two more one on one interviews that were just like the first round.
