Internship

I was able to find out about the opportunity through LinkedIn ,and connected with an alumni who was currently at the firm. They forwarded my resume to HR and we set up a phone conversation. During the interview, I explained my passion for venture capital and how the experiences on my resume led me to apply. Afterward, HR arranged an interview between me and a founder of one of their Portfolio Companies. This next interview was all behavioral as well. The founder asked me about my background and what I could contribute to his startup. The questions used the STAR format.
