What did the interview consist of?

Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I believe there are three rounds of interviewing one with a recruiter, then analyst, the a VP. I didn't make it past the analyst round. Far more technical in the analyst interview than it was in the recruiting one. Also threw in some weird brain teaser questions I was not prepared for. Definitely have a tech vibe so be ready for some tough non finance questions.
