The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
3 Rounds:
1- Fit/technical: - walk me through your resume, your work experience, your interest about finance, your knowledge of the financial markets, the major headlines of the week, technical questions about P/E ratios, valuation, WACC, and asked to pitch a stock
2- Modelling test: valuation model + writing an analyst PR note on quarterly results of a random company (not in the sector I was interviewing for)
3- Fit group test: same as round 1 but to a group of people including analysts and associates + pitching another stock
Interview Questions
When I pitched the stock, they seemed to know more about the company than I did (which I didn't expect given that it wasn't a company in the same sector as the group) so they asked detailed questions about recent M&A transactions, the price that they paid, their last earnings results, their stock performance over a year, the management team, the biggest shareholders, the P//E ratio, my price target, recent events etc. They grilled me on this one and gave me their opinion, where they saw the stock going, and agreed to disagree with my pitch. They overall were very diplomatic in contradicting me which I appreciated.

What happens if you sell a division at a P/E that's higher than the firm's P/E?

Interview
I received an invitation for a one-on-one interview with the COO of the company and spent an hour talking with him. We went over my resume and he asked me questions geared at fit and my general knowledge of equity research. He described the position in more detail and invited me for a second interview. In the end the position was no longer available because they had to rethink their hiring strategy. Overall though, a great experience.
