The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Campus recruiting, received interview notice through career services with a few days lead time. Interview was solely behavioural, asked about resume and experiences.
Interview Questions
There weren't any really difficult or unexpected questions – most of the interview time was spent going over questions like walk me through your resume, with specific questions about different experiences, why banking, why Atlas, etc. They were trying to gauge past experiences, why banking, whether or not you were dedicated, and things of that nature. Heard that some other people were asked very basic technical questions like describe an LBO model but that question was only asked of some candidates.

Interview Questions
What is the difference between a Mergers and acquisition advisory service and a bank's mergers and acquisition division? Can you please tell us what distinguishes atlas advisors from any other bank's M&A division and why is it also different than a firm's M&A division. How do you think our company acts in a mergers&acquisitions deal? What do we prioritize?

The question was not so hard but I thought it was important to relate it back to your personal experience and why you prefer to be working in an advisory service rather than a bank.
