Interview
I had two rounds of interviews, both on-site at the office. We went over my resume and walked through the basic behavioral questions (why you want to work here, etc). Low pressure, no technical questions.
Interview Questions
None were really unexpected, it was all normal behavioral stuff. Maybe the "give an example of how you solved a conflict." They, like all other firms, will walk through your resume and ask you what you did in each of your positions. Nothing technical is asked, no accounting or finance knowledge needed; you learn mostly on the job. They did ask what my strengths and weaknesses were, so you should have scenarios and answers prepared. They were also interested in the classes that I'd taken in college.
