The first round HireVue for Atlas SP Sales and Trading was very straightforward and easy to get through. The questions were clear, not overly technical, and gave a fair chance to explain your background and interest in the role. Cons: The biggest downside was the lack of feedback or any real indication of how well I performed after completing the HireVue. Since the process is one sided, it is hard to gauge whether my answers landed well or what I could have improved. That uncertainty made it difficult to know where I stood in the process or how to prepare for the next round.
