Please describe the interview / hiring process.
My student organization received a posting directly from Atlas. I replied with my resume and was offered an in-person interview. I interviewed with the founder/president and then another partner. Unfortunately, I had multiple interviews that day, so I was a little flustered and ended up bombing the behavioral/personality questions. The interviews were about 15 minutes each and focused on the general goals, "why banking/here". I asked some questions about the size and goals of his business, but got defensive about. I was genuinely interested, but I guess it came across the wrong way. It is a very small shop (5-10 people), but it seems they are focused on their niche vs. growth.
