The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
The whole process took approximately two weeks. it was first 2-30min interviews with analysts (1 in french 1 in english) with mostly technicals and fit questions. Then I was contacted for a second round with the director (here director is below VP) and a third round with the VP.

My view: the process was not so difficult, the most difficult part is maybe understanding the business. IT is specific and can be come quite hard to get especially without a STEM background.

How to prepare:
- good understanding of the business and its competitors
- why do you want to work in corporate m&a and why the IT industry
- technicals (DCF, multiples, accounting, EPS, three statements...) -> No LBO required
- small team so networking can definitely land you an interview easily

Feel free to dm if you have questions.
