Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I applied online and had a first call with an Associate about my background and motivation for M&A. He then asked me to prepare a 5-slide teaser on a company, which I presented the next day. Next, the MD gave me an Excel case: build a simple DCF and calculate the Enterprise Value and Equity Value. The last step was a fit and behavioral interview, and I received an offer two days later.
