The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

typical questions about why that company and technicals
Interview Questions
It started off with a few technical questions regarding a companies financial data, some calculations regarding IRR and money multiples, which was followed afterwards by a leveraged buyout model. The difficulty lay very much in the details of the transaction, since the companies data was quite confusing and partly seemed artificial and not real. Therefore one had to assume what was going on behind the scenes and whether the numbers were correctly displayed at all or completely fabricated from the ground up.

Second round interview in their office
Interview Questions
In the second interview, I went through a case with one of the company's investors. It was about a company where they had a Due Diligence process. During the case, I was asked to guess the company's strengths and weaknesses and evaluate them. This also included guessing their monetary impact in percentage of sales.
The interview was not quantitative at all, except for the fact, that I needed to go through a German P&L Statement.

Interview
I was contacted by a headhunter. I had a first round interview with an Associate and the final round with the company's founder.

The first interview was a telephone interview with an Associate who has spent the past 4+ years with the company, after joining straight from undergrad. It was a very relaxed and nice conversation.

The final interview took place in their offices and was scheduled with the founder of the funds. The atmosphere in the office was very strange and I didn't feel comfortable at all. When the interview began, the founder didn't feel it was necessary to introduce himself nor shake my hand. He started straight into a LBO Case Study. He was very rude the entire time and expected me to know things that I guess were essential for his day to day job, but no way an entry level candidate could know.

Overall my experience was very negative.
