First was a skype interview with 2 analysts back to back followed by an in-office interview with a case study and one-on-ones with senior mgmt.
Interview Questions
There were unexpected questions about my personal background, motivations for entering this field/working at this firm, etc that were beyond the typical "why do you want to work here" type questions. I was given a case study (lbo model) and asked about macroeconomic events that affected my valuation and my lbo model that was part of the case study, so that required thorough research and knowledge of how to think about investments and valuations. They were not that difficult in that they could be anticipated, but they go beyond typical thinking for undergrad interviews I've had thus far.

The interview process started off with a basic phone screen with an HR manager asking about general interest of the firm. Then from there, there were 2 Skype interviews and a final phone screen
