Consisted of two 30 minute phone calls for the first one, one behavioral and one technical. Then a super day later in the week with 4 scheduled interviews, but I was only able to meet for three: two behavioral and two technical. Technical interviews are general case studies interested in learning how you evaluate a business.
Interview Questions
Asked to give a purchase price of the company given that the acquisition will save an additional million in EBITDA.

Interview
Two 30 minute interviews, with VPs on-campus. Mostly fit, with a small case/business type question in one of them.
Interview Questions
No difficult or unexpected questions. It was mostly a run-through of your resume followed by some general questions about "Why PE?" and "Why Us?". Expect questions about your past internships and what those involved. Also a few questions about my extracurriculars, background and how those tied into private equity. The case in itself was fairly easy, it wasn't head-down consulting type, but required basic business sense and understanding what the factors to look for are when acquiring a company. All-in-all fairly straightforward.

Interview
Streamlined process with three 1 on 1 interviews one day and a superday the next with two senior people. First day focused on fit questions, a case study, and brainteasers.
Interview Questions
Case study was the most difficult. Asked how you would consider an opportunity around investing in a company that made signs for public transit systems particularly used in Philadelphia (SEPTA rail, bus, etc.). Started from scratch and was asked to walk down the income statement from there. I was given no guidance. Revenue build took the most time and at the end I was asked about how I'd think about add on opportunities for the business (e.g., ability to expand capabilities leads to "x" amount of revenue, EBITDA, etc.).

Interview
Was an on-campus interview with two alumni. The first was a general behavioral interview which was chill. The second was the the case study.
Interview Questions
The case study was somewhat difficult. It was basically about how I would go about starting a restaurant in my local area and what I would need to think up and do regarding this. I was required to think about the fixed and variables costs and then work down to how many customer I would need per table, per night. The interviewer was very friendly and helped me quite a bit through the process in order to nail down some of the necessary information. The behavioral interview was the standard and was very friendly.
