The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
Sent in my resume and cover letter from my College recruiting site. Eventually was contacted and had a brief phone interview. Then I was asked to come in for an interview. Met with two senior research associates, with 30 mins each. Went through my resume, my non-traditional background (I was pressed on this), and what the job would entail.

Was invited to a second round of interviews a few weeks later with portfolio manager and senior research heads. Met with three people that day, much more relaxed. Spoke in depth about future career opportunities.

Then had to send in my transcripts, complete a skills/compatibility test and other administrative stuff.

Was impressed by the office and culture. Seemed somewhat quiet but upbeat. Office is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful views of the city.
Interview Questions
"Your math classes are crazy hard. I don't think this is the kind of job you would want." (Not much of a question, which made this even more difficult to answer.)
"How would you go about deciding whether to invest in a particular hedge fund or not? How would you go about deciding?"

There are two rounds of interviews. I met the 2 VP's for the first round and 2 seniors VP's for the second round, all separately. The interviews are fairly casual but I never heard back from them after the interviews.
