The number you see in the middle of the doughnut pie chart is the simple average of these scores. If you hover over the various sections of the donut, you will see the % breakdown of each score given.

The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
I applied on the Aviva Investors website. I had to do three psychometric tests (very easy), followed by a Hirevue interview. I got an invitation for an assessment centre around 3 weeks after completing the online application (together with tests and the Hirevue). The assessment centre consisted of a group presentation, a 30-min interview and 4 individual exercises lasting 10 minutes each (you had 5 mins to do a task and you would have to 'think out loud' while solving it - given the time constraints it was nearly impossible to solve it in time). The overall process did not test my knowledge of finance at all as none of components were technical or even related to finance, which made the application process quite easy.

Interview
First a call 1/1. Then did an analytical test which was ok but not much time. Afterwards invited to the superday. Finally an interview 1/1 with 2 senior managers. Positive experience.
Interview Questions
Analytical test was average but not much time. I performed average on the test but they decided to give me a chance anyway. Superday was a case study about the macro environment where we had to take investment decisions based on a couple of political and economic indicators such as inflation, interest rates and house prices. We were split up in teams and the case lasted half a day. Other half of the day we were each interviewed by two managers who asked me questions about CV and then specific questions about why I would add value.

Interview
It was Normua. I got an IQ test immediately after the online application, then a phone interview, then a group interview + 3 1-on-1.
Interview Questions
The questions in general is not very hard, all about behaviour questions. "How do you describe your leadership style" is a follow-up for my response for "difficult situation with your colleague," where I guess I appeared a bit tough. So I need to handle well with this one as I know Normua is a Japanese investment bank, and its culture is less aggressive than its western counterparts. I can tell this from interviewers too. Other than that, I couldn't think of any really. Just be yourself and you'll do well.

Had an assessment centre at Aviva in their London offices for the role of Investment Management summer intern. It was tests then video interview then AC.
Interview Questions
Had an assessment centre at Aviva Investors in their London offices for the role of Investment management summer intern. In the interview they didn't seem to ask any questions relating to competency or crazy technical questions. The first question was tell me about yourself which I did and then they tried to dig deeper into why I wanted to work at Aviva, and why I had done work experience at several places and what I enjoyed about them, they also asked me for a stock pitch which was very unexpected.
