Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Initially a phone interview with the recruiter, who prepared me for the types of questioning to expect (STAR method). Then a 40 minute Zoom interview with 2 people, one from HR and one from the department (Pensions & ISAs). The questioning was very generic on background, then on what would you do if..., give an example of a time when...
This was followed by a further 20 minute telephone conversation with the team leader.
