Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The local manager is an awesome and you couldn't ask for a more dedicated mentor. Ultimately, they're just trying to make sure you're going to be successful in the long run- it's a favor to both them and you to screen those that probably would be better suited in another role. Overall, it was a great interview and work experience because of the manager. He made up for most of the companies shortcomings. The company is really turning things around and is now on the upswing.
