What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
No phone interview; just had me come in and looked at my resume and talked about the job. Said he didn't have reservations about me being successful there, just wanted to know I wanted the job and to go home and do some soul-searching, and then get back to him on if I wanted it. He was very honest about what the job would entail. He asked me no questions about myself whatsoever. It was a fairly pleasant interview. I asked questions, which he enjoyed.
