The interview process started with an initial phone screening. The phone screening is more relaxed than an interview. The idea of the phone interview was to get to know what my goals were as well as my past experiences. The phone interview lasted for about 20 minutes and was very general. Following the phone interview, I was asked to come in for an in person interview. The in person interview involved two one on one meetings. The first meeting was with an associate who currently was in the position that I was interviewing for. The second interview was with the head of the office and was more of a conversation about what my expectations were for the company as well as what I could bring to the firm. Overall, the interview process was enjoyable. There were no curve-ball questions or situations that I was not expecting.
