Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Overall the hiring process was very easy. I was referred to the financial planner I would be potentially interning for through a previous employee of his. I scheduled a time and date for the interview and received an offer a few hours later after completing the process. It was overall a good experience; there was very little finance and investment talk involved in the interview and it was mostly conversational and behavioral to see if the financial planner and I would be a good fit.
