Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I submitted my application for the position through University's career website. The HR got back to me, inviting me over for an super day. Had two rounds for one on one interview and one round of two on one interview. Most of the interviewers were in the Actuarial Development program. Very few technical questions. Might check you on some probability brain teasers.
