Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I received an invitation to interview, and the first round wasn’t with HR but with an analyst from the research team. Overall, the interview focused on my past experience, but they also asked several technical questions, especially since I already had prior experience in the investment field. So, you should expect technical questions even in the first round. The interviewer ended my session as soon as I struggled to answer one of the questions and didn’t give me a second chance to continue. It seems that if you fail one technical question, you might be eliminated from the rest of the process.
