I was hired directly from the internship, so it is a slightly different process. But for the internship it was a skype interview then an inperson interview at their office.
Interview Questions
Most questions were your typical behavioral. There is a writing test that asks you to create a response to a client email. They will look at your grammar, prose and judgement. Did you back yourself into a corner with your answer? Did you say something that you can't backup? Are you making yourself or the company look bad? There is also a reconciliation test...very basic comparison of two accounts...find the difference and circle it.
