The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
An analyst and MD came to my school to interview candidates. They asked a few technical questions as well as about my past experiences. They passed us to a final round super day and showed us a great time in Nashville. The super day interviews included a modeling test and a powerpoint submission breaking down a healthcare company. I really loved this company

Presentation
Interview
Two rounds of interviews. First round 1on1 interview with senior analyst, was half behavioral/half technical, lasted ~30 minutes. After passing first round, assigned to make a 5-slide industry overview of healthcare industry (descriptions, trends, valuation, etc.). Also assigned 1-hour 3-statement financial modeling test. These assignments were the basis of the hour-long second round interview with two senior partners (walk me through your assumptions, most important industry trends, etc.)
Interview Questions
All questions seemed to be directly from IB 400 questions guide, nothing too advance. The questions they asked as I walked them through my model got tough at times, but they emphasized they were really looking at my thought process more than my results.

Interview
Interview focussed on running through my background. Describing previous projects in work and school and tailoring the answers towards why healthcare IB.
Interview Questions
I was asked about valuation practices and techniques. I was also asked in the interview about why healthcare? Why investment banking? The typical questions for niche jobs like these. I was asked about if I knew any recent deals they had done so make sure to research a bit beforehand. Each of my stories or positions I was asked a tailored behavioral question about what I learned or how I grew. The key is to know yourself very well. Overall the interview was mostly behavioral based and they want to bring in someone who is enthusiastic and can learn quickly on the job.

Group Interview
Interview
Applied online through my school's job board. Received an email shortly after asking for an in-person interview at the office. It was a group interview with two analysts. Heard back a couple weeks later.
Interview Questions
Got the standard questions like walk me through your resume and background info (where are you from, why the school you attend, why did you chose your major). No real technical questions. They asked me about my involvement in the on-campus investment club. Asked me to explain investment banking and what I knew about the firm, like what types of deals, what industries. Let me ask a bunch of questions at the end relating to their jobs. Nothing was really difficult as long as you read the guides out there.

Interview
Was asked to fill out a questionnaire with questions such as "why investment banking, why this bank, why this city, what modeling experience do you have, etc..." then 45 minute phone interview followed
Interview Questions
I have had a few investment banking interviews, prepped with different guides for all the technical questions and so knew how to answer any questions pertaining to the financial statements, valuation methods and different scenarios. I did not expect questions about debits and credits (Its been a while since I took a course in accounting) and had to answer 3-4 of those. Additionally was surprised that the first round phone interview included a lot more technical questions than expected (around 15).
