Phone Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Contacted via referral. All basic behavioral questions such as tell me about yourself and basic strengths and weaknesses. No technical questions were asked but I know other people who interned there and were asked about the different financial statements and such. Have a good econ knowledge background as well. Be confident when you walk in because the interviewer really responds to confidence and always remain professional even when prompted with humor.
