Applied through the finance club at my college. The first part of the process is a phone interview. The second part is a 1-on-1 interview with the analyst, associate, and senior associate.
Interview Questions
The analyst and associates were very nice and helpful. Most of the interview questions were commonly asked questions such as Tell me about yourself, Why finance, Tell me about your internship experience at X and Y company. One unexpected interview question was, "If you were to evaluate a company for possible investment, what would you do/look at?" To correctly answer this question, tell the interviewer that you'd want to know the management team's past experience, their competitive advantage, their revenue data, as well as their reputation.
