Applied online. Received a first-round interview with an analyst in supply chain financing. Very behavioral-focused interview, TMAY. Why Global Banking? What do you like about Santander? After this, I received the second round(final round) with MD. Essentially, more behaviorals, as well as some Macro-Level questions. Ensure you have a solid accounting foundation.
