I applied online and was called for a phone interview 2 weeks after. Hours after the phone call I received an email citing me for an in-person interview at the headquarters. It was a 1 on 1 interview with HR, all behavioural. Then, in the same day, I had to pass an exam with 6 questions: 2 on accounting and other 4 about M&A. The exam took 1 hour and was very straightforward. 2 months passed until I received the offer but I followed up with the recruiter and 1 associate every 2 weeks
