What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
It was a one day process with 2 interviews that lasted 1 hour each with 1 associate each time. The first one was full technical with accounting cases but the second one was more a discussion about a lot of concept in M&A and in infrastructure. With very hard and out of the box questions to see how the candidate can think.
