What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was a 30 minute zoom interview. In my case my interview was with an MD. Within a week they reached out with the outcome of the first round either rejecting you or inviting you to a superday for the following week. Superday was 4 back to back interviews with different members of the team consisting of VPs, Directors, and MDs.
