Please describe the interview / hiring process.
After web application was contacted by their HR team. Then, 2 rounds with mainly typical fit questions and a final Superday with 3 members from the team (one of them case study). Culture and people seemed nice, plus their expertise in securing energy mandates.
Technical questions were not very advanced, mainly checking general understanding and motivation about the role.
Would review basics and ensure understanding behind formulas & curate comercial awareness (deals from the office, people you have met at the firm).
