I applied directly through Bank of America website. Got a call from a hiring manager less than 2 days later. Set up an in-person interview and was offered the position about a week later. The interview was laid back and primarily behavioral. The only part of the process that took a long time was onboarding. There seemed to be a holdup at every step. Other than that, fairly smooth process.

That is when I started sweating cause if I was to gave him the wrong answer that could have been the end of me and the interview.
