First stage was online application and CV submission. From there, three online tests (numerical, verbal and logical). There was then about a one month wait from completing the test to be invited to assessment centre. Assessment was half a day and consisted of a group task selecting a portfolio of stocks and then an individual case study with a panel of two. Following assessment centre, final round interview was with a panel of four directors.

Interview Questions
The questions were pretty straight forward - a junior person would go through the technicals as well as fit questions. Most of the senior interviews focused around getting to know you as well as in-depth questions about your background based on the things on your resume.

I would know your story cold as well as any links to the job. It is also important to understand what the leveraged finance group does, who the client is, and how you would look at an investment from a credit perspective. Reading a leveraged loan primer would likely be helpful.

Interview
Apply online. Got sent three tests to complete (I believe they were the standard numerical, logical reasoning and verbal). Consequently, I was sent an invitation to complete a video interview. I had technical difficulties at this stage. There were two questions. Awaiting the outcome of this interview.
Interview Questions
Describe when you worked as a team to bring value in work or through extra-curricular activities. Second question was "What makes you stand out for this position?". Both very easy questions.
