Assistant Manager

I had the advantage of being referred by a previous manager. I was initially connected to the hiring manager by email, at which point we set up a phone call for the next day. Between the call and group interview (1 week) I filled out an online assessment and provided some basic background info. There was only one in person interview, which was run by the hiring manager as well as two of his peers. Honestly, the interview was mainly fit based. An offer was extended two days following the interview.

Generally I would expect and plan for more technical questions than I experienced - the lack of technicals was a shock, but I'm glad I came prepared either way.

The entire process was seamless. The hiring team was very down to earth, and clearing connected to the beat of their reports. Nothing is worse than interviewing with people that are just out to trip you up. I have to reiterate that my process was likely easier than average... that said I would expect a relatively easy overall process.
