Basically I had a quick phone interview then an in person interview with my manager. She basically explained the position and didn't ask too many questions of me.
Interview Questions
Tell me something that isn't on your résumé?

I told them my hobbies - traveling, surfing, and that I am extremely driven.
How well do you interact with elderly people?

I described my volunteering experience with a religious group where we went to retirement homes. This question was not much of a game breaker either way.

I got an interview through OCR and was invited on-site with 3 other people. I had 5 separate 1-on-1 interviews with managers. Was offered position less than 2 weeks later.
Interview Questions
There were no questions that were out of the ordinary or unsually difficult. One question required me to walk through an P&L and BS of a bank and describe how they make money. Not really diffcult but was more so than all the behavioral ones.
