The percentile score in the title is calculated across the entire Company Database and uses an adjusted score based on Bayesian Estimates (to account for companies that have few interview insights). Simply put, as a company gets more reviews, the confidence of a "true score" increases so it is pulled closer to its simple average and away from the average of the entire dataset.

Interview
It was a one on one interview at my school and it was pretty relaxed. The interviewer was a Managing Director and was very nice.
Interview Questions
Nothing too difficult. He asked pretty standard questions about my resume. He asked about what I did in previous internships. He also asked what I knew about MUFG's reputation and its culture. That was the most surprising question, there were not any terribly difficult questions and no technicals. He also was curious about my linguistic abilities and asked about my Spanish speaking ability. Like I said, there were not any really hard questions. It was very conversational, maybe that was intentional on the interviewers part.

Interview
The first round interview was simple and straightforward. No technical questions, mostly questions regarding resume items. The final round interview was conducted in a rather strange setting, consisting of three VP-level employees from different divisions interviewing one candidate for 30 minutes. Questions were thought out as the interview progressed, and clearly each interviewer did not know how to communicate with each other. This included one Japanese employee, who did not interact with the other two interviewer at all.
Interview Questions
Can you sustain mundane tasks? Do you appreciate doing research all day or presenting in front of clients?
Do you like being put on the spot? Would you get nervous when put in challenging occasions? How do you deal with stress like this?

Interview
Applied on MUFG's website, as well as through my university's online jobs page. Networked heavily over past two years with alumni

Actual interview itself was very relaxed. There were a few questions that made me talk about the markets in general, but nothing technically difficult. My interviewer and I mostly talked about my interests and activities, as well as why I was interested in MUFG.

My interviewer told me that there would be a lot of down-time in between the OCI and Superday, and that I wouldn't hear back for a while. However, I haven't heard back for almost two months now so I'm assuming that I did not move on.
Interview Questions
No difficult questions in particular. Questions that you definitely should know include...

Why MUFG? (It is important to demonstrate knowledge of the bank with your answer to this question)
Why did you attend this college? Why did you select your major?
What is gold trading at? Oil?

What are some recent important trends in the market?

Phone screening, nothing of note there. Went to HQ for first round which was a 2 on 1 interview. Invited to super day quickly which was a comprehensive 3 on 1 with MD's of various groups.
Interview Questions
I was a sophomore and have a very unique resume so the questions asked wouldn't hold relevance to almost everyone reading this.
